Booking of Facelift Volkswagen Polo starts: New accessories available
Just a day after announcing discount of about Rs.75, 000 on all the models of its outgoing hatchback Polo German car maker has started the booking of facelift Polo at the down payment of Rs. 50,000 for 1.5 diesel variant. With this the German car maker has also offered the accessories for Polo facelift. The major accessories offered in this package includes exhaust covers stainless steel caps for pedals, ORVMs, new 16 inch alloy wheels, new audio system, and roof spoiler.
The car maker had showcased the facelift Polo during the Auto Expo 2014. The facelift will replace all the models of Polo along with GT variants. The facelift Polo will hit the showrooms by the second week of July and will be launched by the third week of next month.
An interesting fact associated with facelift Polo is that apart from being various cosmetic changes it will also under-go various greasy changes. The existing 1.6 litre diesel engine will be replaced by locally manufactured 1.5 litre diesel engine. According to sources of Volkswagen the reduction 4% in excise duty will succeed in attracting the prospective buyers of Polo towards it. As far as the petrol variant is concerned it will be offered with existing engine configuration of 1.2 litre three cylinder engine churning the power of 74 bhp and 1.2 l TSI churning the power of 103 horsepower.
