Chevrolet Beat Diesel, the wait is about to end soon
Being one of the most anticipated and popular car even before its launch, Chevrolet Beat Diesel is all set to roll out in July.
In a recent development, a media group managed to get its hands on the car in a test drive and removed the veil from its details.
The all new Chevrolet Beat Diesel will be stocked with a 3-cylinder diesel engine with a capacity of 963cc which will be able to produce a torque of 150Nm.
The most attractive feature is the mileage, as the car would be able to deliver a fuel economy of 24 kmpl, highest in its segment, whereas the Chevrolet Beat Petrol variant will come equipped with a hydraulic power steering, one of the most sort after feature in today’s car world.

The price of Chevrolet Beat Diesel will be starting from Rs. 4 lakh, which will make it one of the cheapest cars in its segment.
The other popular small cars in the segment like Nissan Micra, Ford Figo, Volkswagon Punto, Maruti Swift, Maruti Ritz and Fiat Punto wil be given a run for their money by the Chevrolet Beat Diesel with the major factor skyrocketing its sales would be the major price gap in the prices of petrol and diesel.
Some of the popular hatchback models in the Indian auto market are Hyundai i10 and Volkswagen Polo. Apart from these popular models, cars going to hit the Indian roads this year are Toyota Etios Liva, Maruti Cervo and New Ford Fiesta.
