Facelift Fiat Linea to be debut during Indian Auto Expo
With still more than two months left in the organization of Indian Auto Expo 2014 but companies have started designing their strategies for Auto Expo that is announced to be launched on February 5, 2013. According to reports Fiat India has also started making its plans for the same show. Although nothing much has been so far disclosed by Fiat India regarding its plans but according to reports received it shall be launching SUV brand Jeep, New Punto Adventure and modified version of Fiat Linea, who classic model was recently launched in Indian car market almost one and half month ago.
As far as mechanical features are concerned nothing has been so far revealed by company but according to reports it will launch Linea with same engine configurations 1.4-litre Revolutionary FIRE petrol engine, 1.3-litre Revolutionary FIRE diesel engine and the 1.4-litre T-Jet petrol engine, all of them will be mated with five speed manual transmission gear box.
Talking about upgrades it is reported that the new Linea will be offered with newly designed front grille followed by front bumpers and fog lamps. On the rear side it has been upgraded with additional garnish to chrome with number plate placed on the bootlid. In the interiors, company has developed it with additional covering of plush in three layers, high defined audio system, steering wheel has been garnished with chrome finish. Other features like gear lever, climate control knobs, and door pads remain same.
