Ford Endeavour Prices Slashed up-to Rs. 2.82 lakh
Without any prior information Ford India has silently slashed the prices of its premium SUV Endeavour in Indian car market up-to Rs. 2.82 lakh. According to reports received from authentic sources this price cut has been introduced on three 2.2 4x4 AT, 2.2 4x4 MT and 3.2 4x4 AT trims existing in Trend variant of SUV. The price of Trend 2.2 4x2 MT however still remains unchanged and is offered with its existing price tag of Rs. 25 lakh. With this price but the cost of entry level Endeavor now starts from Rs. 23.78 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). The price of Titanium variant continues to be the same.
Under the bonnet the existing version of Endeavour is offered with option of two diesel engines configuration which includes 2.2 litre, 4 cylinder TDCi engine boosting the power of 158 bhp and torque of 385Nm. Another engine configuration offered in 3.2 litre diesel engine that churns the power of 197 bhp and torque of 470Nm. The transmission system includes both six speed manual gearbox and six speed automatic gearbox transmission system. The Ford Endeavour 2016 is offered with options of both two wheel and four wheel drive option.
Taking about the features embellished in Ford Endeavour interestingly it adorns all those features that a hardcore SUV driver expects from his vehicle. It is equipped with eight way adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, eight inch touchscreen multimedia system supported with nine speakers, ambient lighting system and many more. The safety features loaded in Endeavour include ABS+EBD, dual airbags, Hill launch assistance, traction control and ESP.
