Ford Mustang offered with price of Rs. 65 lakh (ex-showroom)

U.S. based car maker Ford Motors today launched its highly awaited muscular car Mustang in Indian car market under the flagship of Indian alliance Ford India. The price of this iconic car in Delhi is Rs. 65 lakh, where as in Mumbai and in Navi Mumbai it has been offered with starting price of Rs. 66.5 lakh and Rs 68.14 respectively. All these prices are ex-showroom prices depending upon their locations.

Under bonnet Ford Mustang is powered by 5.0 litre V8 engine that boosts the power of 401 PS and torque of 515Nm, and mated with six speed automatic transmission system and paddle shifters. The major features offered in Indian bound version of Mustang are heated and power folding wing mirrors, automatic HID headlamps, automatic wipers, Pony Projection Puddle Lamps, limited slip differential, reverse parking camera, SYNC2 8 inch touchscreen voice controlled infotainment system, tyre pressure monitoring, rear diffuser, six way power adjustable driver and passenger seats.

Apart from above mentioned features company has also paid significant attention towards the integration of mandatory safety features in this iconic car. Standard safety features adorned in Mustang are dual front airbags along with side airbags, knee airbags and curtain airbags etc. It also offers four driving options to drivers namely Normal, Sport+, Track and Snow/Wet.
