General Motors settling the issues related with emission norms of Tavera
As is known that General Motors India has postponed the production and sales of Tavera BSIII and Tavera BSIV from July 2013 due to disobedience of emission norms. It is reported that now company has decided to settle down the issue with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and soon will begin the production of both these models, hopefully from forthcoming summer.
According to Mr. Lowell Paddock, President and Managing Director, General Motors said that company is working very closely with ministry of road and transport for solving the issue and replying to their every query. Mr. Paddock also said that company has succeeded in receiving approval for Tavera BSII from the ministry a day before and plants to start its production in next few weeks.
