Honda City CNG modified launched at Rs 9.03 lakh
Honda has taken the next step in improving the sales of its cars in India. After the launch of Honda Brio Automatic, it has launched the Honda City CNG today. The City CNG kit price is Rs 50,200 and it will be available at all the dealerships across India where the alternate fuel is available. It is said that there are 28 such dealerships where the City CNG cars will be available. As per the reports, the bi-fuel option will be available on the Honda City V MT variant only. The Honda City CNG V MT price in India is around Rs 9.03 lakh; however the CNG kit can be installed later on that will cost Rs 50,200 and installation charges will be additional.

In addition to the CNG Kit, the City car is now also available with AVN pack – Audio Visual Navigation Grade. This special audio and navigations system enhancement has been done keeping an eye on the ongoing festive season and Honda believes that with dual offering – CNG and Audio-Navigation enhancement, the car maker will be able to sell its City car well. With the new enhancement in, the City becomes one of a kind in its class and thus beats Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Verna or Skoda Rapid in every respect.

The AVN pack includes audio system that is DVD compatible and has USB, AUX connectivity options. The navigations system has a touch screen. In addition to this the upholstery, gear knob and steering has been clad in leather. The AVN enhancement is available on the V MT and V AT variants only. Thus the CNG variant is available on the V MT model only while the AVN Grade pack is available on the V MT and V AT. Also the CNG is unavailable with the AVN thus there is an addition of three new models in the lineup - one CNG model and two V MT (AVN) and V AT (AVN). The V MT AVN price is Rs 9.72 lakh while the V AT AVN price is Rs 10.46 lakh.
