Honda Jazz 2015 debuts in Indian car market, priced Rs. 5.30 lakh (ex-showroom price)
Consecutively for the fourth year HMIL, the Indian arm of Japanese car maker has launched an amazing product in Indian car market, this time it is refreshed version of its not so popular hatchback Jazz, which is speculated to wash out all the drawbacks of its erstwhile version. The new Honda Jazz has been launched in Indian car market with starting price of Rs. 5.30 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi). The generation next Honda Jazz has been launched in both petrol and diesel variants.

Developed on the platform of “Exciting H Design” philosophy the petrol variant of Jazz is empowered with 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine that will generate the power of 90 bhp and torque of 110 Nm. The engine would be offered with both five speed manual gear transmission system and CVT automatic transmission system with paddle shifters. The diesel variant has been offered with 1.5 litre i-DTEC diesel engine that will churn the power of 98 bhp and torque of 200 Nm and mated with six speed manual gear transmission system.

The new Jazz is miles ahead from its predecessor the front fascia now receive aerodynamic look alike City sedan which is further enhanced with black front grille and dynamic headlamps. The rear look is enhanced with newly developed LED lights while the side profile almost looks similar to outgoing version, however a lines running over the doors help in giving an impressive look to side profile this next generation Jazz. Inside the cabin it receives dual tone black and beige color treatment followed by completely black covering on the top end trims. The dashboard gets 6.2 inch touchscreen infotainment system which is similar to City. The new Jazz will now compete against Volkswagen Polo and Hyundai i 20.
