Honda Jazz 2015 spied un-camouflaged, bookings started
As reported earlier Japanese auto giant Honda Motors is all set to launch the refreshed version of its hatchback Jazz sometimes during the month of July this year. The hatchback has been spied at several occasions going for test drive, but this time spies have captured the completely un-covered Jazz on Indian roads. The spied version according to reports was the top VX version.
The interesting feature of the generation next Jazz is introduction of diesel variant in engine line-up that will be empowered with 1.5 litre i-DTEC diesel engine boosting the power of 100 PS and torque of 200 Nm. The petrol engine trim will continue same 1.2 litre iVTEC petrol engine churning the power of 87 b hp and torque of 110Nm. According to reports some of the company’s dealers across the country have even started the booking of this upcoming hatchback. It is anticipated to be offered with price tag starting from Rs. 7.1 lakh (ex-showroom).
The contemporary features that might be offered in Jazz 2015 will include new alloy wheels, wing mirrors with mounted indicators, steering mounted controls, rear spoiler, touchscreen infotainment system that supports connectivity with Bluetooth, DVD/CD, USB and AUX and also automatic climate control. It is expected to be offered in overall 12 variants and after launch will compete against Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Elite i20.
