Hyundai gives price tag to new Santa Fe for the UK market

Hyundai Santa Fe will hit the roads in the UK on October 15, when it would be made available for the sale. The company has also issued the price tags for all the variants of Hyundai Santa Fe for the UK market. The three variants of the crossover Santa Fe would be Style, Premium and Premium SE. The media reports suggest that the price of the Santa Fe will start from £25,495 which would be equal to Rs 22.65 lakh approximately. It will be the much awaited launch in the UK as recently Santa Fe mesmerized the car lovers when it appears at the New York Motor Show with its stylish look. Hyundai Santa Fe made it appearance in 7 seater and 5 seater combination.

But, Santa Fe would come with some lucrative offers for the customers. The customers who will buy Santa Fe would get a five year roadside assistance. Going a step ahead, Hyundai will also offer free vehicle health checks as it would be covered under Five Year Triple Care package, which has been launched by Hyundai recently for its customers. What makes Santa Fe more attractive is its design which is based on the Hyundai's 'Storm Edge' design concept. The new Santa Fe will be slightly longer and wider and also its height would be slightly less in comparison to the outgoing model.

A 2.2-litre turbocharged four cylinder diesel engine will give power to Santa Fe. It will produce 194 hp and 421 Nm of peak torque. The new crossover Santa Fe would be made available with 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive. The Santa Fe is loaded with various attractive features including front parking sensors, for safety it has seven airbags and Xenon headlights. But, above all, it has a navigator that works on satellite and it is available with touch screen. The Bluetooth in the Santa Fe would recognize voice and it has hill start assistance.

Where the new Santa Fe will be making it to UK soon, the French car maker, Renault is all set to launch its second SUV – Renault Duster on the coming July 4 in India. It is said that the Duster price in India will be highly affordable and in all probability will be equal to a sedan. Thus, India is eagerly awaiting for the SUV to be launched in India. Notably, Renault has already established itself as a brand with Renault Fluence sedan and Renault Pulse hatchback.
