Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 launched with a whopping price of INR 3.69 Crore
Every automaker in the world however small or huge wants to be a part of this rapidly developing auto industry in India. The globally famous company Lamborghini has announced the launch of its latest car known as ‘Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4’ in the nation’s auto market. The car was launched on 3rd November and carries a massive price tag of Rs 3.69 Crore- Ex Showroom Delhi.
Lamborghini; also known as Automobili Lamborghini SpA, is an Italian luxury sports car manufacturer. After many changes in its ownership, the company is now a part of well-known German brand Audi; who belongs to the parent company Volkswagen Group.
The Marketing Manager for South East Asia Pacific at Lamborghini, Mr. James Page stated that for the sports cars, India is an upcoming market; the success of inaugural Formula One season confirms the same. The company has already collected the booking orders of 20 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, he added.
Mr. Page said that, since its global launch this year in May, the company has obtained a booking order of around 1500 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. Replying on a question about the waiting period, he said that Aventador cars buyer need to wait for approximately 1.5 years.
The marketing manager said that in the current year, the aim is to sell 20 cars of other already launched models of Lamborghini, and for the next year the company targets to sell at least 40 cars of the Italian make.
Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 carries a 12 cylinder 6.5L engine and is the most rapid street legal cars around the globe, with an ability to reach an apex speed of 350 km/h.
According to Mr. Page, the sales target for Lamborghini Aventador in India initially is of selling 100 vehicles per year, and when the firm will see its sales increasing it intends to launch training program for its owners on the Formula One race tracks.
The furious sports car will be fully imported and available through its Delhi based only dealership in India- Exclusive Motors.
