The 2013 Geneva Motor Show is already in news way before actually taking place. With so many cars planning to show up at the international Motor show, Land Rover isn’t lagging behind. Land Rover will showcase Land Rover Range Rover Evoque model that would sport the impressive and superb ZF 9-Speed Automatic transmission. This new ZF 9-Speed automatic transmission will not only make Evoque one of the most fuel efficient Land Rover cars, but also enhance the overall driving performance for the owner. Apparently, this new gearbox will be able to improve the fuel economy by 16% and is lighter than the 6-speed automatic gearbox that was present previously in the car. Besides being used in the Land Rover Evoque, the same ZF 9-Speed Automatic transmission will also be seen used by auto majors like Chrysler and Honda.

However, we can’t say whether this model of Evoque will arrive in India or not, but we should keep up our hopes. But for the meanwhile, Jaguar Land Rover has made its Indian fans happy by bringing in Jaguar XJ Ultimate here. The car has been brought into the market with a whopping price tag of Rs. 1.78 crore to Rs. 1.88 crore. This luxury sedan is available in petrol and diesel engine option. The petrol variant comes with 5.0-Litre V8 supercharged petrol motor, while the diesel one features 3.0-Litre V6 Turbocharged engine. The engines here have been coupled with eight-speed automatic transmission, which promises an amazing and outstanding driving experience on road. The luxurious interiors coupled with high class and superior exteriors make the Ultimate totally terrific in its class.
