Maruti Alto Xplore; a limited edition for small car lovers

On Thursday the 13th of October, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) launched a limited edition of its best seling car in the country Alto, the special edition is named as Maruti Suzuki Alto Xplore. And as the name goes the company has stuffed in so many new features that one who buys it or test drives it has got a lot to explore in this compact car. The small car lovers will be delighted to know that their favorite car now comes with elevated exteriors and modernized interiors, in all there are ten new features added to the special version.

The No.1 passenger car manufacturer in India has launched this edition keeping in mind the ongoing festive season. Available only in top-end variant of Alto LXi and Alto K10 VXi, the small car is offered in six colors.

The MSI Chief General Manager- Marketing, Mr. Shashank Srivastava, stated that the small vehicle Alto has been the most desired hatchback for people in India. And with the festive season on, the consumer is in search of special offers and to gratify the same MSI has lined up its Alto Xplore.

This compact and sleek car which comes with a decent performance and good fuel efficiency is targeted to one and all. With its latest K-series power-train it generates a peak power of 68 PS and the mileage is claimed to be 20.2 kmpl as per Maruti. The base price of the car is INR 2.32 Lakhs (Ex Showroom, Delhi).

The new interiors of Alto Xplore comes outfitted with the latest double-din stereo with USB interface and Bluetooth along with a feature that one have rarely experienced in such a small car like Alto and that’s luxurious leather seats. Coming to the new exteriors it comprises of body colored bumpers, modern body graphics, body colored door handles, ORVMs and rear roof spoiler that looks sporty on the Xplore.

On the same day MSI’s prime contender Hyundai has launched its awaited compact car Eon. Both of them will face tough competition among themselves.
