Maruti, Mahindra, Toyota and Merceds to make this Diwali brighter

Vast increase in fuel prices, interest rates have given not only negative feeling about the auto market to the customers but have also pushed the car makers to their limits making their sales difficult, However it looks like those days might just be over as this festive season promises to bring more than two dozen of cars to hit the roads starting this September-October.

Maruti India’s largest car maker which stopped the production of Maruti Swift promises to bring out an even better and promising version of it next month and also the new Maruti Wagon R III which is expected to be released during October-November time. It will challenge the other car in the same segment of multi utility being the Toyota Innova. Maruti is also hugely awaiting the release of their popular Maruti Swift Dzire Sedan only this time in a much more compact size which will have a price drop due to 12% less duty on small cars.

The company recorded a loss of 4% during the month of June first time in almost 30 months due to the annual maintenance shutdown of its production plants in Gurgaon and Manesar and due to a 13 day strike at the Manesar plant.

New cars being released by companies this festive season is another try by the car companies to increase their market sales which dropped to a great extent this year. As every new car brings excitement to the competitive market and the customers the sales are also expected to rise during this festive season.

The cars being designed are also keeping in mind the taste of the local people and conditions. Cars like Honda Brio and Skoda Rapid are also being designed keeping this in mind and are expecting great success like the Toyota Etios.
