Maruti Suzuki Alto Eco with 32 kmpl mileage to launch in India
Suzuki Motors, the leading Japanese auto maker which is known for making highly fuel efficient small cars in the global market, has unveiled all new version of its bestselling car Alto at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new Suzuki Alto Eco, as named by the company, is claimed to offer a considerably high mileage of 32 km per liter.
It has been speculated by the industry experts that Suzuki may look forward to launch the Alto Eco in the Indian market, considering the skyrocketing petrol prices in the country. Moreover, the Indian market has always been considered a market of mileage conscious buyers, another factor that is in favor of the launch of new Alto Eco in the country. In addition to this, the new Alto Eco can prove a triumph card for Maruti Suzuki in the Indian market against the likes of new age rival Hyundai Eon.
Many of you may not be aware of the fact that the Suzuki Alto is the same car which is known as Maruti A-Star in India, Suzuki Celerio in Middle East and Nissan Pixo in European market. Carrying a 660 cc petrol engine at its heart, the new Nissan Pixo model delivers a peak power of 52 BHP @ 6000 RPM along with a peak torque of 63 Nm @ 4000 RPM.
The four-seater Alto Eco model is available in both manual and automatic transmission versions in the Japanese market, carrying both two-wheel and four wheel drive variants. The car is available in two variant including S and L variants which are carrying a price tag of $12,800 and $14,800, respectively,

its really confusing me now, when i hv already booked new alto 800, should i wait for Eco or go for alto 800.
