Mercedes Benz C-Class Edition C launched, A45 AMG available on order

Mercedes Benz is surely on a comeback track. Not only in India but worldwide as well. the car luxury car maker remained the number one for years altogether until it was lately pushed to second by BMW India and consequently by Audi India to the third pedestal. The best way for any car maker to keep its position intact is to continually add new cars and refresh the old. In a similar attempt, the car maker has just launched the special edition of Mercedes Benz C Class. The edition called as ‘Edition C’ is expected to ignite new energy into the segment and bring back the lost sheen.

In India, Mercedes is lagging behind following the growing popularity of BMW and Audi cars in India. Most prominently BMW 3 Series, BMW X1, BMW X3 and Audi A6, Audi Q3 and others are giving some of the toughest times to Mercedes cars in the respective segments. The launch of C Class special edition is surely part of the comeback strategy. The earlier launch of Mercedes Benz B Class Sports Tourer has not amassed that much response in the Indian market. It is believed that once the new edition of the C Class arrives here, it will be able to stir some movement in the sales. As per the information, the new edition of C Class saloon has many refreshed features. A new grille, more of chrome work, smoked headlamps are some of the new features that are found on the outside. On the inside, the car has exquisite leather called ARTICO leather, new multimedia display and chrome work inside.

Meanwhile, the car maker is also accepting orders for Mercedes Benz A45 AMG. The car will go on sales in June this year and it is believed that the compact hatchback that has 365 PS under the hood will be able to impress its takers completely. In Germany, the car is available at a price that starts at €49,680.
