Mini to Launch the Clubman in India on December 15
Mini, the British car manufacturer was confirmed launch of the Clubman for Indians at the 2016 Auto Expo and now, all set to launch the Clubman in the Indian car market on December 15, 2016. The Clubman will arrive as a CBU unit, having the gorgeous looks and comfy features inside it. It is expected that the car price will range in-between Rs. 35 – 40 Lac ex-showroom.
According to the sources, the international car market will have two variants, powered by a 1.5L petrol and 2.0L diesel engine. The 2.0L diesel powertrain will able to produce power of 148 hp and 330 Nm which will be mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission system.
The Mini Clubman measure length of 4,223mm, width of 1,844mm and height of 1,450mm which will provide spacious cabin in term of legroom and headroom.
The 5-door Mini Clubman might have a single frame front grille, round-shaped front headlamps and fog lamps, Mini-badge on the bonnet giving it a cozy finish. The unique traditional look-like tailgate will give a complete look to the Clubman. The cabin of the Clubman is similar to the other Mini cars having an infotainment system for ease in driving.
