New Fiat Linea expected to be priced around Rs. 7.64 lakh (ex-showroom price)
Expected to be launch on March 4, 2014, the new Fiat Linea from Fiat India is speculated to be priced with the price tag of Rs. 7.64 lakh (ex-showroom price) for the base model. Recently Fiat India had unveiled the same sedan in the recently concluded Indian Auto Expo 2014 held at Delhi. The new Fiat Linea will be launched in both petrol and diesel guises continuing the same engine configurations in both variants. The petrol variant will be equipped with 1.4 litre turbocharged T-Jet engine producing the power of 114 bhp and torque of 207 Nm, while the diesel variant equipped with 1.3 litre Multijet engine developing the power of 93 bhp and torque of 209 Nm.
The major changes which have been introduced in Fiat Linea have been offered in exteriors and interiors including double layered chrome grille, new fog lamps, automatic headlamps, and refreshed bumpers both front and rear etc on the exterior and new dashboard, reverse parking sensor, rain sensing wipers, cruise control, high defined music system connectivity with USB with Aux-in and Bluetooth, piano black interiors, at the interiors. Apart from this the New Linea will be offered two new more colors (Sunbeam Gold and Magnesio Grey)besides the existing range of colors.
