New Ford Endeavour will share the same engine
The next generation Ford Endeavour SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) will be sharing the same 3 litre TDCI diesel engine with its current model, which is under the development procedure in Ford’s Broadmeadows design and engineering centre in Australia. If words are to be believed, the new Endeavour will be showcased at the upcoming Bangkok Motor Show in April. It is expected to hit the Indian roads somewhere in 2013. Company won’t change the Ford Endeavour manufacturing location and keep importing the CKD units from Thailand, even after its launch. The all new Ford will face the tough competition with Nissan Pathfinder, Isuzu MU-7, Toyota Fortuner and similarly featured other SUVs in international markets.
