New Ford Figo spied, car could make it this Diwali

The upcoming festive season will become the time of entry of a large number of cars in the auto industry. Chief among them will be Mahindra Quanto, Mahindra Verito CS, Mahindra Reva NXR, Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton, Ssangyong Korando and a lot of other cars. Among the small cars as well, an American car new Ford Figo could make it this Diwali but the recent almost no spy shots reveal that there will not be a launch. However, it is confirmed that the new Figo car is almost ready and it will have changes on the outside and inside with a step up in power and mileage delivery as well.

Recently, the Figo was caught testing in Chennai and jubilated the industry that expected to see the hatchback get its lost sheen. Notably, the car maker has been pretty aggressive regarding the new Figo and has imbibed new changes to the car that will be most prominent. The new Figo will have a new color addition which is given the name Kinetic Blue. The front grille gets a major step up with the slight touch in the shape of the headlamps. The fog lamps too have undergone change and are in consonance with the improved front fascia. Newly designed alloy wheels will also be seen on the new Figo.

With the present Figo completing two years, a facelift was almost certain and if the car maker is able to launch it soon it will be perfect timing as well. The new Figo is not expected to have much under the hood department changes but a sure boost in mileage and some power could be in the offing. Equally important to mention is that the addition of the automatic gearbox to the small car by Ford will be highly unexpected.
