New Ford Figo to launch soon!

The festive season is just around the corner, and the car makers are lining up models to launch this year. Amongst these car makers, one of the names emerging is Ford India. Apparently, the Ford would be bringing in the face-lifted variant of Ford Figo hatchback very soon. This hatchback has been the best selling model in the portfolio and giving some interior-exterior makeover would definitely enhance the popularity of the car more. One thing is obvious here, the price tag will positively go up a notch as it will come with a new look and some bonus features.

Talking about the face-lift features, the exteriors are expected to come with a hexagonal front grille, air dam and flowing contours adding on elegance to the car. The front of the car will be refurbished a bit and the headlamp will have a new design. The indicators will be repositioned as well. The headlamps being redesigned would a good thing as the current look isn’t very impressive.

The alloy wheels along with a new tail light design would make it look more appealing as compared to the current model. The turn indicators on the rear end will also be relocated.

Moving on to the interiors, it might come with new twin tone color on the sleek dashboard, whereas the fabric upholstery would impress you with a new color. The audio controls will be redesigned and will be relocated just besides the steering wheel. Technically, the new Ford Figo would not be seeing any kind of change in the engine department. The same 1.2 litre of Duratec petrol engine and 1.4 litre of Duratorq diesel engine will be present.

Till now, the company hasn’t officially announced the launch date of the new Ford Figo, but the launch is expected to happen somewhere during the festive season this year.
