New Honda Jazz spied on Indian roads
After unveiling the new 2014 Honda Jazz in Indian Auto Expo 2014, Japanese auto giant is conducting its test drive on Indian roads, indicating that it may launch the upgraded hatchback in Indian car market sometimes during next year. Going back to the history of new Honda Jazz it was introduced in Japanese car market during the last months of last year after which it was unveiled during the Indian Auto Expo 2014.

Industry experts believe that Honda Jazz 2014 will be offered in both petrol and diesel disguises powered with 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine and i-DTEC diesel engine. The new Jazz has been developed on car maker’s Exciting H Design platform on which it had developed its recent sedan the new Honda City and therefore it is reported that the new Jazz will be spruced with same exterior and interior features as offered in the new Honda City. The petrol variant will be offered in both five speed manual and automatic transmission system, while the diesel variant will be offered in only with five speed manual transmission system.
As far as price of new Honda Jazz are concerned nothing has been so far officially revealed by company sources, but it is speculated to be offered with price between Rs. 4.7 lakh and Rs. 7.5 lakh. The hatchback will be developed by company’s recently inaugurated production unit at Tapukara in Rajasthan.
