Nissan Kicks Available With Benefits Upto Rs 75,000
Nissan India is offering the benefits upto Rs 75,000 on Kicks SUV. This benefit includes the cash discount of Rs 20,000, exchange bonus of Rs 50,000, and an additional discount of Rs 5,000. The additional benefit of Rs 5,000 will however be offered to government employees or to CIBIL score (a summary of credit score based on transaction history) more than 700 points. These benefits will be applicable till May 31, 2021 and may differ according to city and the dealership.
In India the compact SUV is offered with two petrol engine options of a 1.3-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre petrol engine. The variant with a 1.3-litre turbo engine generates the power of 154 bhp and the torque of 254 Nm. While the other engine option develops the power of 105 bhp and the torque of 142Nm. The transmission duties in both the variants are performed with options of a five-speed manual, six-speed manual and a CVT automatic transmission system. The price of base variant starts from Rs 9.50 lakh and goes high upto Rs 14.65 (ex-showroom price).
At present the Japanese carmaker has only two products available in the Indian car market. Apart from Kicks, it sells the compact SUV Magnite which is also the best selling vehicle by the company. According to the company's sources it sells around 3,000 units of Magnite on an average basis per month. While 144 units of Kicks on an average basis. This is a matter of concern for the company. Along with the lockdown in most of the states has also affected the sales of Kicks. To overcome its impact the company is trying to offer lucrative offers to its customers.
