The new Sylphy has high prospects in the country and it will have a close fight with the Toyota Corolla Altis, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic and the American car Chevrolet Cruze that has recently been launched with a new Z Series engine. The New Sylphy will also be competing with the Ford Focus sedan that is also expected to be launched around the same time.

The Sylphy is basically the C Segment genie and this new car has taken some changes well. The length is a little shorter but it has grown fatter with an extra 60 mm to the width. However, it has kept the wheel base intact. Despite the slight decrease in length, the leg space inside is intact and people will be cherishing the same roomy Sylphy inside. On the outside, there is serious makeover of the headlamps, grille and the front appearance. The LED strip now could be seen under the headlamps as daytime running lights, as side indicators on the wings and on the tail lamps. Apart from this there are a lot of changes on the inside and under the hood as well making this Nissan car all the more pleasing and worth a buy for the people looking for an entry level premium car.
