Refreshed Chevrolet Cruze ready for launch in Indian car market

It was six years back in 2009 when U.S. based car maker General Motors launched its luxurious sedan Chevrolet Cruze in Indian car market, however during this span of time the car maker kept on updating this sedan to retain its freshness and charm among Indian car enthusiasts. Recently the car maker showcased its upgraded version that would be launched soon in global market. The same version of Cruze is expected to make its debut in Indian car market sometimes during 2017, however with an objective to keep the charm of buyers encouraging towards Cruze, the U.S. car maker is going to launch its slightly refreshed version soon in India. According to reports this refreshed version of Cruze will receive subtle cosmetic changes on both exteriors and interiors.

Under the bonnet it will continue with existing 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel engine churning the power of 165 bhp and torque of 380Nm and is offered with six speed manual and automatic transmission system respectively. The version mated with manual gear transmission system attains the fuel consumption figure of 17.3 kmpl while the automatic touches the mark of 14.8 kmpl.

On exteriors the Cruze will carry new features which are similar to its classic version launched in Chinese car market. These features include newly developed headlight set followed by LED DRLs, the front bumper and fog lamps will receive minute changes. On the rear portion you will find newly developed tail lamps with additional space.
