Refreshed Renault Pulse introduced

French car maker Renault Motors has upgraded its premium hatchback Pulse without any promotions. The Renault Pulse 2014 has undergone major updates mainly inside the cabin which will undoubtedly enhance the travelling experience of the passengers. To begin with greasy changes the hatchback continues the existing engine configurations in both petrol and diesel disguises. The petrol variant will be equipped with 1.2 litre 3 cylinder engine churning the power of 75 bhp at 6000 rpm and torque of 104 Nm at 4000 rpm. Whereas the diesel variant is empowered with 1.5 diesel K9K turbo charged engine churning the power of 63.12 bhp at 4000 rpm and torque of 160 Nm at 2000 rpm. Both the engines are coated with five speed manual transmission system.

Inside the cabin the hatchback receives piano black finish central console, double din audio system supporting connectivity with USB, Aux-in and Bluetooth. Rectangular air conditioner vents, new developed upholstery and few more. On the exteriors the refreshed Pulse receives minor changes on the front grille while the other portions remain unchanged. It would be interested to know that French car maker has introduced one more color option of cosmos blue in the refreshed Pulse. In Indian car market the hatchback competes against Hyundai i20 and Grand i10, Nissan Micra, Maruti Suzuki Swift and Ford Figo.

After Pulse company is also reported working on bringing the facelift version of its compact SUV Duster during the upcoming festive season.
