Volkswagen India has launched the awaited petrol version of its executive sedan Volkswagen Jetta in India. This 1.4L TSI Petrol variant is the 2013 model of the sedan. The price part is kept very competitive at INR 13.60 Lakh for base Trendline, while Comfortline reads INR 15.07 Lakh. All prices ex-showroom Delhi. The Volkswagen Jetta Petrol sedan that commences sales from 1st July has got a refined engine, which gives out better mileage and superior performance. With this clever pricing, competitors such as Honda Civic, Skoda Laura and Toyota Corolla Altis are bound to face inferiority complex.

Powered by 4-cylinder, 1.4L TSI petrol power-train Volkswagen Jetta churns out sheer power of 90KW at 5000rpm alongside a perky torque of 200Nm at 1500-4500rpm. The performance oriented motor is mated to a smooth 6-speed Manual Transmission (MT).
The 2013 Volkswagen Jetta petrol has received numerous modifications at the exteriors and inside the spacious cabin.
