Volkswagen Polo facelift on cards of German car maker
It seems German car maker Volkswagen is in aggressive mood to strengthen its weakening roots in Indian car market therefore after launching refreshed version of Polo and Vento sedan, car maker is going to introduce the refreshed version of its best selling hatchback Polo soon in Indian car market. According to reports the upgrades that will be offered in Polo hatchback will be same as offered in facelift version of Vento that was showcased during the Indian Auto Expo 2016.

Talking about the changes that will be offered in facelift Polo, it will continue existing engine configurations in both petrol and diesel variants that is 1.2 litre 3 cylinder MPFI and 1.2 litre TSI petrol engine and 1.5 litre diesel engine. It is reported that company might introduce more powerful turbocharger engine in diesel variant. The engines will be mated with five speed manual transmission system and also with 7 speed DSG automatic gear transmission system. On the exteriors it will receive newly developed headlamps along with DRLs, the rear portion will receive new tail lamp with LED lights.
Inside the cabin it continues most of its features like auto air conditioner, multi-functional steering wheel and recently updated infotainment system that exist in current Polo hatchback. Additional features that will be adorned in facelift version of Polo will include auto dimming IRVM, rain sensing wipers, mirror link connectivity, and few more.
