Volkswagen Polo Trendline phased out by company
With generation next Volkswagen Polo hatchback standing next door, the German car maker has silently discontinued the base Trendline variant from its existing petrol and diesel variants. Now the buyers willing to buy the existing version of Polo hatchback have an option of choosing between only Comfortline and Highline variants. It is believed that the main reason behind the discontinuation of Trendline trim may be due to less demand than compared to other trims. It would be interested to know that with this company has also offered discount of Rs. 25,000 on purchase of Highline variant followed an exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000.

On the other side company is offering interesting discount of Rs. 55,000 on purchase of Comfortline variant along with exchange bonus of Rs. 20,000. Well this is not an end, to its prospective buyers employed in corporate houses company will offer free alloy wheels, floor mats, a Bluetooth kit, and seat covers. This offer can be enjoyed on both petrol and diesel disguises.
The existing petrol and diesel variants of Volkswagen Polo are energized with 1.2 litre, 3 cylinder engine developing the power of 75 PS and torque of 110 Nm and 1.2 litre, 3 cylinder engine churning the power of 5 PS and torque of 180Nm respectively. It is expected that the upcoming Polo will be energized with GT TSI, 1.2 litre 4 cylinder turbo petrol engine churning the power of 105 PS and will be coated with DSG automatic gearbox. While the diesel variant is expected to be coated with GT TDI 1.6 litre, 4 cylinder diesel engine zooming the power of 105 PS and coated with five speed manual gearbox.
