2300 units of Mahindra Scorpio, XUV 500 and Xylo recalled by Mahindra
Domestic car maker Mahindra and Mahindra has recalled 2300 units of its best performing vehicles Scorpio, Xylo and XUV 500 due to issue of defective vacuum pump in engine. The units recalled were manufactured during the month of May this year. It would be important to mention that prior to this recall earlier in month of July this year 23000 units of Scorpio were recalled by car maker due to defective pressure regulating valves.
According to sources of company, this time only 2300 units of Scorpio (Vlx/Sle/Lx), Xylo (H9/H8/H4) and XUV500 (W4/w6/W8) would be examined. The dealers of these units will contact the effected buyers for getting their vehicle checked at their workshop and get it changed free cost in case of requirement.
