AMT version of Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 caught testing
Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 one of the best selling hatchbacks from country’s leading car manufacturing company MSIL is getting some interesting facelifts. It is reported that the spies have witnessed the facelift Alto K10 being tested on roads. The facelift Alto K10 did not gets any major changes but integration of Automated Manual Transmission system (AMT) which would be similar to one as offered in company’s latest launch Celerio.

Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 was launched in Indian car market four years back in 2010 and last month the hatchback celebrated fourth successful year of its existence in Indian car market. The Alto K10 spied on roads carries the same design which was offered in Alto 800 launched fourteen years back in 2000. It would be interested to know that the heritage of success enjoyed by Alto 800 was continued by Alto K10. Now as reported that the facelift would be enriched with AMT version it is speculated that the hatchback will succeed in continuing its charm and take Alto K10 to new heights.
It is also reported that apart from being bestowed with AMT transmission system the new Alto K10 will also embellish the inbuilt CNG system. It will be offered in three version Lxi, Lxi+ and Vxi. The base variant will be enriched with power steering and AC with heater, whereas the top end variant apart from being equipped with common features offered in the first two version will also carry body colored door handles and wing mirrors, chrome plated front grill, door protection mouldings and rear parcel tray. The facelift Alto K10 is expected to be launched sometimes during the beginning of January 2015.
