Audi R8 V10 Plus launched, priced at Rs 2.05 cr
German luxury car maker has introduced the most dynamic variant called Audi R8 V10 Plus edition, in India. It bears a hefty price tag of Rs 2.05 crore. This version is of its flagship R8 supercar that is available in Indian market. The plus edition witnesses an addition of 10 Nm of peak torque and 25 Bhp of peak power to the former output of 5.2 liter V10 engine in non-plus state of tune. This version features a well-equipped 5.2 liter hand built motor that is meant to deliver superior performance. All torque and power have been transmitted to the tarmac via the Quattro all wheel drive system that operates through the assistance of S-Tronic, a 7 speed dual clutch DSG gearbox. This version also features additional features.

Audi enjoys an exclusive fan following in India and the past records related to satisfaction of customers, are quite pleasing. Beyond any reasonable doubt, R8 V10 Plus (new version) is more dynamic in all contexts than its predecessor, the R8 V10. This four-wheeler is capable of achieving the maximum speed of 317 kmph. The car is exhibiting carbon-ceramic brakes that are lighter and hence would facilitate in reducing weight. Audi India did reveal that the car could have hit the Indian market quite earlier but the company was dubious about introducing the concept of carbon ceramic brakes to the markets of India.

However, the company took a call finally and went ahead with the decision of launching the car for Indian terrain. There are no qualms that due to the hefty price tag, there will be limited number of buyers who will show interest towards buying this luxury car, but at the same time, there are no doubts that this car will prove to be an apt choice as it is a perfect blend of luxury, performance and comfort.
