Exterior Of India Bound Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2019 Leaked Before Launch
Japanese auto giant Mitsubishi is all set to launch the facelift version of its compact SUV Pajero Sport globally on July 25, 2019 in Thailand. However, the details regarding the features that would be offered in the facelift version have been leaked ahead of its launch. It is the first facelift version of the Pajero Sport that was launched back in 2015. The facelift Pajero Sport is reported to make its debut in the Indian car market by the end of this year or earlier next year.
According to leaked images the facelift Pajero Sport receives sharp and aggressive front profile despite of the round shape as offered in its outgoing version. Along with this the front fascia of facelift Pajero also receives company’s signature Dynamic Shield front design followed by a two-tier front light console and dynamic looks. It also receives Eclipse Cross inspired driving lamps placed at the beneath of the headlamps. Other designing features include new shaped grille and skid plate, new front and rear bumpers, double spoke alloy wheels and few more.
On the rear front, it will receive new tail lights, graphics, skid plate and bumper. Inside the cabin it will receive a new digital instrument console and climate control system. The other features like black color treatment with silver garnish at various parts remain unchanged. Under the hood, the Indian version is reported to be offered with BS-VI compliant 2.4 litre, 4 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine boosting the power of 181 PS and the torque of 430Nm. The driving mode consists of 4 wheel drive system followed by eight speed automatic gearbox transmission system as a standard feature.
