With the launch of Honda Amaze in Thailand, Honda Motors also launched the TV commercial of the sedan there. The Thai ad of Amaze has been done very smartly, which puts all its focus to the features in the car. You can see the car being shown in a slow motion, thereby giving the viewers a better view. The Indian launch is not yet confirmed, but a little birdie of ours told us that Honda Brio Amaze will arrive in April 2013 in India. What would be the most interesting thing about the Indian launch of Amaze will be 1.5 litre of i-DTEC diesel engine. This diesel engine would be the first one for Honda in India and being associated with Honda’s Earth Dreams project, this diesel engine further becomes very special for the firm.
The television commercial of Honda Brio Amaze is in the Thai language, which is quite obvious as the car has been rolled out in Thailand for now. In Thailand, Honda Brio Amaze was launched with automatic transmission as well, which means there are chances that this sedan will be launched with automatic transmission in India as well. In India, the sedan will be competing with Tata Indigo eCS, Mahindra Verito, Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire and Toyota Etios.
Honda India will be manufacturing the Honda Brio Amaze at its local manufacturing plant located in Greater Noida. There are many USPs of Amaze, which makes it one of the most awaited one in India. The car has been developed on the Brio hatchback platform. The engineers have put in all its heart and soul and made Amaze totally amazing. The new cushion along with extended wheelbase gives utmost comfort to the rear occupants. The other comfort features remains constant as in Brio hatchback.
