Honda Amaze launch on April 11
It seems that the good times of the car industry are near despite of an adverse weather going on in the car bazaar. The Honda Amaze launch has been preponed and it will now be launched on April 11. Meanwhile, the car maker has already started producing this car in the country in order to meet the sudden demand that is expected to flood in once the car is launched. Notably, this car is highly awaited in the country as it is the first Honda diesel car and this is car is hoped to change the fate of this car maker. The price details of the car are yet not available but it is believed that it will be priced somewhere between Rs 5.5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh. To be offered in petrol and diesel options, Honda India has already put up the official website and has informed that the car will be launched at the onset of the 2013-14 financial year.
The Honda Brio based car is expected to rock the Indian car market even in the presently bad times. It is believed that the Honda Amaze price is going to be the deciding factor as the car will be competing with the Maruti Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios and the recently launched Chevrolet Sail sedan. Thus the car has really well established rivals as well as some new cars that are really playing well in the market. But above all this, being a car from Honda factor will be helping it a lot as people have driven and tested Honda cars in India and there is an established opinion that the cars from this brand are highly dependable and these cars have long life.
Thus the expectations from this first Honda diesel car are more and so it has lots of responsibility on its shoulders. Experts say that this car has very bright chances of grand success in India because of two factors. First is that this is the first Honda diesel car and secondly it is a compact car with a hoped-to-be very decent price tag. Certainly it will not be able to match Swift Dzire sales but will give it the never before toughest competition. Also, being based on earth dreams developed iDTEC diesel engine, the Amaze will have high mileage and efficient power delivery.
