Honda Launches Privilege Edition of Amaze, Priced Rs. 6.48 lakh
It was almost four years back in April 2013 when Japanese car maker Honda Motors launched its first ever compact sedan Amaze in Indian car market in quite in decisive situation about its success. But with its launch the Amaze not only emerged as the trend setter in the segment but as the game changer for the car maker and strengthening its weakening roots in India. Recently the car maker has introduced the Amaze ‘Privilege Edition’ with the starting price of Rs. 6.48 lakh (ex-showroom price New Delhi) for the petrol variant followed by the same in diesel variant with the price tag of Rs. 7.73 lakh (ex-showroom price New Delhi). The Privilege Edition has been launched in S(O) MT trim and has been launched to commemorate the encouraging sales of 2.4 lakh units of Amaze sold since its launch.

Mechanically under the hood the Honda Amaze ‘Privilege Edition’ continues to be offered with same engine configurations as offered in standard units of petrol and diesel variants. But, hosts lots of new features in form of Privilege Edition body graphics painted across the body along with Privilege Edition emblem mounted at different places on the exterior front. At the interior front it adorns Privilege Edition themed premium beige color seat covers followed arm rest for the driver. Moving ahead the Edition also receives rear parking sensors as standard feature. Apart of these feature the list of features include power adjustable ORVMs, dual airbags, ABS (in diesel variant of this special edition), steering mounted controls, digital air conditioner controls, driver seat height adjuster and many more.

The noteworthy feature introduced in Amaze Privilege Edition is integration of 17.7 cm DIGIPAD touchscreen infotainment system with built in Satellite linked 3D Navigation. It is also embellished with 1.5 GB internal media memory, along with Mirror Link for connectivity with smartphone. With this you can also check your emails and perform various cyber tasks with help of option WiFi receiver. In simple words it can be said that this new DIGIPAD touchscreen infotainment system is enriched with plethora of features that are not offered by any other car in the segment.
