Hyundai's Celebration Edition of Santro Xing: Killing two birds with a stone
Overwhelmed from its successful existence of 15 years in Indian car market, Korean auto giant Hyundai Motors has decided to celebrate this event by offering limited edition of its highly acclaimed hatchback car Hyundai Santro Xing drive GL Plus variant in Indian car market. To this limited edition of Santro Xing Drive, Hyundai Motors India has named as “Celebration Edition” and according to company sources this edition will be introduced in petrol and LPG versions.
It would be interested to know that this new Celebration Edition adorns rear parking sensors supported by LED display, which are not available in the existing variable of Santro Xing in Indian market. The additional features which are integrated in the Celebration Edition, apart from the regular variant are enhanced body graphics followed by rear relished by chrome. It would be interested to know that besides these features company has endeavored on improving the interiors of car by integrating high defined audio system, fascinating carpet and rear sun blind. However one thing which has not yet been revealed by the Korean company is the price of new Celebration Edition.
The announcement of Celebration Edition has come at the time when company is speculated to launch its new infant Grand Hyundai i10 in Indian car market sometimes during the month of September 2013. It is anticipated that the announcement of Celebration Edition is done to attract customers towards Santro Xing drive, which at presence is witnessing huge decline in sales. With this edition it is clear that Hyundai wants to finish the current stock of exisitng Xing drive before the launch of new Grand i10 next month. The new announcement from Hyundai is expected to meet its two objectives at a time where at one side its exhausting stock of Santro Xing drive will get over on the other side it will also increase its sales, thus an increase in its revenue.
