Images Of Mahindra TUV300 Plus Leaked Before Its Official Launch
It is reported that spies have captured the images of proposed SUV Mahindra TUV300 Plus from domestic car maker Mahindra & Mahindra ahead of its launch in the beginning of the next year. The advanced version of SUV was spied on various occasions completely uncamouflaged and is rumored to be purchased by one of the customers in Tamil Nadu, prior to its launch. It is believed that with TUV300 Plus the car maker will its start its journey for 2018. Commenting upon the upcoming line-up for next year, Mr. Anand Mahindra,Chairman, Mahindra and Mahindra has tweeted that "seeding a few vehicles in the market before the launch next year."
Despite of the fact that TUV300 Plus as the name suggest is the bigger version of compact SUV TUV300, will be empowered with the existing 1.5 diesel engine that is capable of generating the power of 100 bhp. However it is also reported that along with this engine configuration the company might also offer the option of 2.2 litre mHawk engine that would generate the power of 120 bhp. The transmission duties would be performed by five speed manual gear transmission system.
Being the full sized version the compact SUV TUV300 the TUV300 Plus has been developed with long wheelbase and enhanced seating option of third row followed by bunch of some new features. On the exterior front it is reported to receive more boxier body, black colored front bumper on the front fascia, but will miss the fog lamps. The rear portion will receive tweaked taillight.
As far as other and interior features are concerned they will be finally revealed at the time of its launch sometimes during the Indian Auto Expo 2018. It is believed to be offered with the price tag from Rs. 8.5 lakh to Rs. 12 lakh (ex-showroom price).
