Italian racer Liuzzi penalised

Vitantonio Liuzzi, the Italian ace, has been penalised for causing a crash at the Italian GP, last weekend. Vitantonio Liuzzi, who is a member of the Hispania Racing Team, caused a crash during the very first lap of the race at Monza race track, which resulted in three disabled cars and safety car coming out on the track. Liuzzi was found guilty after repeated televised replays, and it was revealed that he lost control of the his car after it ran over grass. The stewards believed that had Liuzzi been a little careful, the crash could have been avoided. Liuzzi has been fined with 5-place grid penalty.

Hispania Racing Team should not be affected by this incident, as it is not one of the regular teams who qualify each time. Liuzzi, in an interview, said that he completely lost control of his car and thus, he could not prevent it from hitting other cars. He also said that he just wanted to make this home race good.

Roseberg, one of the drivers, whose cars got disabled because of the crash, was really frustrated as he was one of the quick drivers during the weekend and his hopes from this race were really high.

Though, Liuzzi has apologised for the same. But he said that it's over and they needed to look forward now.
