Mercedes Benz to launch Mercedes Benz SLK 55 AMG in December
After recent launch of Celebration Edition of C Class couple of days back, German auto maker Mercedes Benz has said that its next launch in Indian car market will be Mercedes Benz SLK 55 AMG which it will launch on December 2, 2013. According to sources the basic difference SLK55 and SLK 55 AMG is only AMG.
The new SLK 55 AMG is equipped with 5.5 litre V8 engine developing the power of 421 bhp and reaches the speed of 100 kmph from zero point with the span of 4.6 seconds and is capable of reaching top speed of 250 kmph. The power to rear wheels is forwarded through AMG speedshift 7G- Tronic Plus seven speed automatic gearbox. German auto maker will offer SLK 55 AMG with three driving options including Controlled Efficiency, Sports and Manual.
Other features mounted in Mercedes Benz SLK 55 AMG includes 5 spoke alloy wheels, eco start/stop system, 5 spoke alloy wheels, AMG sport/performance suspension, AMG sport exhaust, Torque vectoring brake and many more.
