Mahindra Scorpio Special Edition re-launched
Domestic car maker Mahindra & Mahindra has launched the Special Edition of Scorpio again in Indian car market with major new updates which were not offered in Special Edition of Scorpio launched in October 2013. According to sources of company it will sale out 500 units of this Special Edition. Apart from upgrading the existing features in exteriors and interiors company will continue the existing 2.2 litre four cylinder mHawk diesel engine churning the power of 120 bhp and torque of 290 Nm. Engine will be coated with five speed manual transmission system and will be offered with price tag of Rs. 11.88 lakh.
The Special Edition will be offered in pearl garnish and will be blessed with chequered racing flag on the side profile and front bumper. Apart from this nothing much has been upgraded in the exteriors of this SUV. However on the other side company has offered various new features in the interiors of the Special Edition which includes high quality European leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, gear shift knob, wooden finish centre console, roof mounted DVD player and dual front SRS airbags as standard feature.
