Mahindra starts bookings of facelift Scorpio
Mahindra Scorpio facelift is one of the highly awaited vehicles of the year and with each passing as the date of its speculated launch on September 25, 2014 is coming closer we are getting new updates associated with facelift Scorpio, despite of its being caught going under test drives. According to recent reports the dealers of Mahindra across the country have started bookings for facelift Scorpio from September 15, 2014.

It would be interested to know that domestic car making company has worked in giving the facelift Scorpio completely a new look keeping the requirements of current maker scenario in current scenario. To begin with greasy changes company will continue with existing engine configuration of 2.2 litre four cylinder turbocharged mHawk diesel engine boosting the power of 122 PS at 4000 rpm and torque of 290 Nm at 1800 rpm. Although company has retuned engine and now it claimed to be more fuel efficient delivering an average of 12.88 kmpl. Talking about the cosmetic changes introduced in facelift Scorpio the exteriors now receive new alloy wheels, new front fascia followed by newly developed grille, headlamps and bumper, and tail lights. The facelift Scorpio also receives new hydro developed ladder frame chassis.
Inside the cabin it receives it bestows completely new dashboard decorated with chrome garnished rectangular air conditioner vents, new beige interior color theme, black dash top, new infotainment system supporting satellite navigation system, rear view camera, new driver information display, steering mounted audio controls and many more. In simple words it could be said that this attempt of domestic car maker will further strengthen the position of this best selling SUV stronger in Indian car market.
