Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Facelift: A Glimpse
It is reported that some sources have succeeded in capturing the images of facelift Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 while it is going under production at its production plant located at Manesar. According to sources the facelift Alto K10 will continue the existing 1.0 litre three cylinder petrol engine boosting the power of 68PS and torque of 90Nm and would be mated with five speed manual gearbox. It is also reported that this time car maker would offer facelift Alto K10 with 5 speed automated manual transmission system, which would be similar to one offered in Celerio hatchback. It would be offered with price tag falling between Rs. 3.2 lakh and Rs, 4 lakh.
Talking about the changes offered in exteriors it will bestow new headlamps, bumper and front grille followed by revamped bonnet. Moving towards the rear portion it will receive new tail lamps, new rear bumper, new tail gate design and excessive use of chrome on the various portions of the exteriors. Inside the cabin it will sport rectangular central air conditioner vents followed by circular vents in corners, newly develop instrument cluster, three spoke steering wheel. All these interior features would be standard in all variants. Apart from this the top end variants would be embellished with dual toned black and beige color scheme followed by front and rear power windows, body colored bumpers, door handles and wing mirrors in the VXi variant.
The facelift Alto K10 would be offered in silver, white, grey, brown, blue and red color options. Fleet of its contenders would include Chevrolet Spark, Hyundai Eon and other existing hatchbacks in segment.
