Maruti Suzuki Baleno Garners 25,000 Plus Bookings In 15 Days
The country’s leading car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India, Limited, launched the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno in the Indian car market on February 23, 2022. Before this, the Indo-Japanese carmaker had started accepting its bookings from February 7, 2022. According to reports, within the fifteen days from the date bookings was started by the company to till the date of its launch, it has garnered more than 25,000 bookings. As the Baleno 2022 was one of the highly awaited cars of 2022 this response from the buyers is encouraging for the company.
Under the hood, the facelift Maruti Baleno receives a 1.2-litre DualJet dual VVT petrol engine that boosts the power of 88.5 bhp and the torque of 13Nm. The transmission duties are available with the option of a five-speed manual gearbox and an AGS transmission system. Its manual version will deliver an average of 22.35 kmpl, whereas the AMT will offer an average of 22.94 kmpl.
As far as the looks of the new Maruti Suzuki Baleno 2022 are concerned, it looks identical to its outgoing version but comes with some notable changes in the form of a large radiator grille with matt black surroundings, redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels, LED projector headlamp, LED DRLs, and LED fog lamps. On the interior front, it receives the newly developed dashboard layout, a nine-inch touchscreen system with ‘Hi Suzuki’ voice assist system, head-up display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Arkamys sound system, automatic air control, 360-degree surround view, and many more.
