Maruti Suzuki Celerio 2021 Bookings Open
The Indo-Japanese carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited has initiated the bookings of the Celerio hatchback 2021. The buyers willing to buy the new Celerio can book the hatchback at the down payment of Rs 11,000 through the company’s official website or the nearest dealership. The Maruti Suzuki Celerio is slated for launch on November 10, 2021. The prospective buyers can also preview the new Celerio at the dealership.
The new Celerio is developed on a new lightweight Heartect K platform which is also used in S-Presso, new WagonR, and Swift twins. It is endorsed that the new Celerio will deliver an average of 26 kmpl and will be the most fuel-efficient petrol car in the country. It will receive the power from a new 1.0-litre 3 cylinder K10 C Dualjet petrol engine. The transmission will include the options of both manual and automatic gear transmission systems. According to CV Raman, CTO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, “Powered by Next-Gen KSeries Dual Jet, Dual VVT Engine with first in segment Idle Start-Stop Technology, All-New Celerio will be the ‘MOST FUEL-EFFICIENT PETROL CAR IN INDIA’.”
The new Celerio will come in a completely new design, which includes a new oval grille integrated with a honeycomb. The chrome garnished stip connects the new triangular-shaped headlamps. It also receives newly shaped fog lamps surrounded with black coverings, new alloy wheels, a long tapering roofline, large windows, and blinking ORVMs.
Inside the cabin also, it receives an overall new treatment. The interiors of the new Celerio embellish the features like a newly-shaped dashboard, a new central console, power windows, a seven-inch SmartPlay Studio Infotainment System that supports connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a push-button start/stop system, keyless entry, and a new steering wheel.
