Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza BS-VI Petrol Variant Details Leaked
The news regarding the launch of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza empowered with BS-VI compliant petrol engine has been in the air for a quite long time. But, it is for the first time that the details regarding the cosmetic and mechanical features that would be offered in the compact SUV have surfaced online. According to the recent reports the BS-VI compliant Vitara Brezza will be empowered with 1.5 liter naturally aspirated 4 cylinders petrol engine, boosting the power of 105 bhp and the torque of 138Nm. The same engine also powers in MPV Ertiga and the sedan Ciaz. As far as the launch of a diesel engine with a BS-VI compliant engine is concerned, it has been kept in the pipeline by the company for the future.

The BS-VI compliant petrol Vitara Brezza will be mated with the five-speed manual gearbox and a four-speed torque converter automatic transmission system. It will also be embellished with Suzuki’s “Smart Hybrid’ technology, but that will be stagnated only to the automatic variants. It will be not be equipped with the ESP system but with the Hill Hold Assist system. Speaking about the additional features the list will include electronic folding mirrors, Smartplay Studio infotainment system that will support the connectivity to the reverse camera, a shark-fin roof antenna and few more. The top-end variants are reported to be equipped with some extra features like wireless charging, electronic dimming interior mirror, leather-wrapped steering wheel, etc.
Moving ahead, on the exterior front, it will be offered with two color shades including red and blue. Besides, this it will be also offered with three dual-color options of grey and orange roof, red with black roof, and blue with a black roof. The mid-specs will receive black wheels, while the top-specs will receive diamond-cut dual-tone alloys. The lighting pattern will also change followed by LED fog lamps and LED tail lamps. The turn indicators will receive LED lights whereas the indicators on the front fascia will be now offered in the main headlamp.
