Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Petrol To Launch During Diwali
Country’s leading car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India Limited launched its first ever compact SUV Vitara Brezza in Indian car market in 2016 and succeeded in receiving an encouraging response from Indian buyers and till date has waiting period up-to 2 months. In the beginning the compact SUV was launched in diesel variant empowered with 1.3 disel engine with gear transmission duties performed by five speed manual gear transmission system.

Going through the success enjoyed by diesel variant, the rumors regarding launch of Vitara Brezza in petrol variant had been published at different platforms. Interestingly now according to recent reports it is reported that the Indo-Japanese car manufacturers are going to launch petrol variant of Vitara Brezza sometimes during the festive season this year. The petrol variant will be empowered with 1.4 litre engine followed by 1.0 litre Boosterjet engine boosting the power of 91 hp and torque of 134 Nm and 99 hp and 150Nm respectively. Both the engines will be mated five speed and automatic transmission systems depending upon the requirement of customers.
Talking about the features that would be offered in petrol Vitara Brezza are reported to be outsourced from its diesel sibling including projector headlamps with LED DRLS, rain sensing auto wipers, body colored bumpers and electronic folding ORVMs with turn indicators. On the interior front it will be embellished with smart play infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, push button start, keyless entry, steering mounted controls, along with integration of safety features in ABS+EBD, ISOFIX and dual airbags at standard attachment.
As far as its price is concerned it is speculated to be offered with starting price of Rs. 7 lakh (ex-showroom price, New Delhi) and after launch will compete against Honda WR-V and Ford EcoSport.
