New BMW 6 Series Coupe coming next week
The coming November 8 will be one of the most important day in the history of BMW India. It is on this day that the first four door coupe car will be launched. The BMW 6 Series Gran Series Gran Coupe will be launched. This is the first car that will be a coupe but will have four doors. The one that will be launched is the new model of the 6 Series. The new car will have a seating for five people. It was much anticipated in India after its latest unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show held recently. Will this car be able to do its duty in giving BMW the needed strength to stay at the top position when the other German car maker with volume loving offering such as Audi Q3 are fast acceding to be contender for the numero uno position.

Measuring just over 5m the car has a mammoth wheelbase of just 3 m. It is 111 m longer than the two door and the convertible models of the 6 series that are selling well in markets across the globe. The distinct low roofline and slope is the characteristic feature of this BMW car and people in the markets including India like it for this reason.
The first four-door coupe in BMW's history will be rolled out in the country next week. The expansion in the overall length has been utilized in increasing space for the rear occupants and thus it has much more space to offer than any other traditional sedans. The new BMW car is believed to be a hit as soon as it enters the Indian market.

The new BMW car will be able to establish itself against the Mercedes Benz CLS, Audi A7 and the Porsche Panamera. Under the hood the car maker could fit either a 4.4 L 448PS engine or fit in a 3 L turbocharged engine. For the Indian market it seems that the v8 3 L model will be launched. The BMW 6 series price is expected to be priced a little higher than the coupe and the convertible models.
