New BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe launched in India at Rs 86.40 Lakh

The D-Day has arrived and BMW India has rolled out the new and fresh BMW 6 series four door Coupe into the Indian car market at Rs 86.40 lakh.This one got the honor of becoming the first coupe that will have four doors. This five-seater coupe was first unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show and being launched in India would create an exciting scenario. The car is giving tough fight to Audi A7, which is currently holding the top position in the segment. Since a long time, BMW was looking for an opportunity to return to the market with a big bang and launching BMW 6 Series Coupe seemed to be absolutely correct.

The new BMW Series 6 Gran Coupe is dimensionally quite apt and has a length of a bit more than 5m along with a wheelbase of merely 3m. Across the international market, this one is doing a good business and the hopes are the same from India. The characteristic features of new 6 Series Gran Coupe include the slope and exclusive low roofline that provides the car a very chic and stylish appearance. Besides the increased length and four-door trait, the car is also being praised for more space for rear seat occupants as compared to other coupes in the market. Technically speaking, the car has been installed with a powerful and dynamic 3.0 litre V8 turbocharged engine, which produces high power and ensures an awesome driving experience to the owner. 

With the launch of new BMW 6 Series Coupe, the company is trying to secure its numero uno position in the market and battle it out with cars like Porsche Panamera, Audi A7 and Mercedes Benz CLS.
