New Ford Fiesta launched

The Ford Fiesta sedan is soon to get a facelift and it has shown its new curves at the Sau Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. The Fiesta sedan that has done remarkably well in US and all the countries wherever it was launched is all set to get its 2013 version. Another remarkable thing is that the Indian and the Chinese markets are on the radar and it is here that the car will take new avatar soon. Already the Fiesta is a popular car in Brazil and is known for its safety, class and up market features besides power, performance and comfort. In India, the Ford Fiesta price starts at Rs 7.51 lakh and it is a close rival of Hyundai Verna, Honda City, Fiat Linea and Chevrolet Optra.  

It is said that in this makeover, the Fiesta has taken hint from super luxury car Aston Martin and the front grille as well as the large breathing space for the engine are lookalike. Also, the new looks have entirely changed the docile appearance of the car and now it more so looks like a sports coupe. The new Fiesta has already made a world appearance at the Paris Motor Show this year and it has already gathered much attention of the people from across the world. The sedan version has taken the same front as that of the hatchback that took a facelift recently.

In India, the car is a close rival of Hyundai Verna and City sedan and there is a neck to neck fight between the three in the semi-luxury sedan market. The new version will not only improve its clientele but will also be improving its presence in the segment. The new Fiesta’s makeover car is soon to be launched in India and it seems that it will be in early 2013 or mid of the year that the car will be launched in here.
